Rodizio Grill Set for Grand Opening
The Arena District, a premier entertainment district in downtown Columbus, is about to welcome their newest restaurant tenant in Rodizio Grill. Rodizio Grill is an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse that was established in 1995 by its founder and President Ivan Utrera, who is a native Brazilian born in Sao Paulo.
M+A Architects is pleased to have served as the Architect on the project and worked closely with the vision of the local Franchisees, George & Kelly Chaposky who also own the Melting Pot fondue restaurant located at Easton Town Center. The Rodizio Grill is Columbus' first Brazilian Steakhouse and will be the 8th location nationwide for the chain. The Grand Opening to the public is tomorrow - Friday, June 15th and it will likely become a new Father's Day favorite. This is thanks to a menu which features the "Full Rodizio" that includes an unlimited supply of authentic Brazilian appetizers, seven choices of beef, four poultry selections, three pork options, seasonal lamb and seafoods, plus a gourmet salad bar. With a mouthful like that, where else would a carnivore want to be?
