Watters Creek Recognized as "Best New Shopping Center"
Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm, a 52 acre resort-style, mixed use development just outside of Dallas, Texas has been selected by D Home, D Magazine's sister publication, as the "Best New Shopping Center" for their Best of Everything 2010 issue (January/February 2010).
Every year the editors of D Home nominate and then select their favorite people, places and things in the Dallas area. This year, the unique "live, work, play" lifestyle destination that is Watters Creek, was their hands down choice for the recognition.
As Architect of Record, M+A Architects worked with Trademark Properties on this LEED Certified project which features a large creekside village green, interactive public art, a variety of retail options, restaurants, office space and residential lofts.
